I would like to commend the male receptionist at Borough Rd. He is friendly, calm, efficient, treats people with dignity and nothing appears too much trouble. An asset to the practice. | ||||||

Visited Surgery 2-3 month ago could not get appointment. Advised to call next day, when I did all appointments had been taken so did not see GP. Visited surgery today. Could not get appointment. Advised to call tomorrow. When I call tomorrow there will either have not been appointments released or already taken. Always served by one member of staff at the reception. I work in the NHS as Consultant so really disappointed. | ||||||

I have been a patient with this practice since birth now aged 66, I cannot imagine ever going to another practice In fact I will only move to an area served by this practice. They are 100% efficient in everything they do. A credit to the NHS. | ||||||
