It would be very sad to see this GP Surgery close as it is very convenient & I have always found the service good and the Staff friendly on the (fortunately) occasional visits I have had to make. |

After having problems with this practice previously, I will be leaving this doctors surgery. Recently, I left work early to go to the doctors, which I rarely do, because I felt the need to see a doctor and receive some antibiotics to enable me to get better. However, after waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time, the doctor informed me that they wouldn't be able to give me anything for my symptoms as "it would only reduce my symptoms by 17 hours". Previously, I suffered from severe hayfever symptoms (extremely swollen face), I had been to the doctors beforehand and I was told that they could not give me anything to help. As a result of this, I researched the tablets that I would be able to get to reduce my hayfever symptoms and ended up going to the doctors and telling them the name of the tablet that I needed which was then prescribed to me. If I didn't find out the type of tablet that I needed I would have continued to suffer for months. The service at this practice is unacceptable and it does not fulfill its purpose which is to help patients get better. |
