I will write the same as my google review: I love this surgery. Dr Kreppel is a complete gentleman with such vast experience and wisdom. He has helped me though an illness for a number of years and made sure I have always been able to work (which was my goal). Once he was unavailable so I saw Dr Molyneux and he is genius too - very encouraging and so on the pulse of new medicine. Essentially I am a woman of a certain age (40's) and over the space of 2 weeks 3/4 of my hair fell out - it was awful -but he fixed it! I now have my hair back (it naturally takes quite a while for the new hair to grow back) - he will probably get inundated on this review because it happens to many of us ladies! The practice nurse is also an angel - so reassuring and her human touch makes you feel so comfortable. Literally can't fault the medical team at this surgery. | ||||||

The Dr saw my 4 year old today. I have never come across such a lovely Dr with a wealth of knowledge and the skills to put a child and the family at ease. Absolutely outstanding experience and exactly what every Dr should strive to be like. | ||||||

Staff are polite and helpful. I have had problems booking appointments in the past as I work full time out of Wigan but since the online booking I have had no problems. I have even looked online on a Sunday evening to book an apointment and got one for a Monday morning! I think that's amazing. I would recommend Mesnes View Surgery to everyone. | ||||||
