I have been a patient with this practice for may years now and I understand the difficulties they are having since 'Brexit' influenced lots of health workers to leave the UK. Following on from Covid, a backlog of treatments has piled up and all health services are under enormous strain. And I know it isn't easy to accept when someone close to you isn't well. But, notwithstanding that i have had very good treatment from this surgery over the years and pleasant and courteous response from most of the staff (including the Pharmacy) and I empathise the difficulty they are endeavouring to overcome the challenges to 'catch up.' But I still remain a very grateful patient. | ||||||

My elderly mother had severe abdominal pain ifrom 2015- 2018 refused to refer the pain was gastric cancer and she died would not send my worst enemy there | ||||||

What use is ask my gp. I can't book an appointment to see a doctor. I can't understand why you close the site. All I want to do is book an appointment , not for tomorrow or the next day. Just within the next week today I came to the surgery in person and was told I had to go home and try to book thru the my gp app when it's open . Are you serious | ||||||
