I’m unsure of which charm school the reception staff qualified at but they are exceptionally rude with no patient care skills. Attending the surgery you aren’t greeted by a warm welcome but a cold faced member of the team who eventually looked up from her computer to acknowledge my existence. The doctors however are lovely just a shame that they are let down by the overall energy you get when attending. If you don’t have people skills it’s definitely the wrong place to become employed. | ||||||

Ty for your time today ..for a drop in , you gave me more time and attention than any other GP I've since since suffering from a impinged shoulder ..
Your advice and prescribed meds have helped me a lot .Fantastic care provided

Waited 1hr 40mins on hold being repeatedly told I was in positin 1 in the queue then cut off. its the same every time you want to speak to someone. | ||||||
