Attended appointment I had waited 2 weeks for as was not urgent, was feeling better and was going to cancel but wanted reassurance that all was ok. There had obviously been some problems with previous patients but I did not expect to be seen and made to feel that my problems were trivial and I was a time waster. Left the surgery feeling very upset hoping that it will be some considerable time before I have to attend again. | ||||||

I have dealt with this Surgery since i moved to Chorley, the Staff are professional, but always helpfull, even when I was in a bad way, never judged me, i call them Angels on my Shoulders, I have had a new Dr over the last 3 months, she been Brilliant, professional, understanding, never judged me, and im on the road to recovering, which i believe she has helped, being a doctor, and a lovely Lady, the whole team has been great, saved my life I believe, just hope these people get to hear this, as too much negative of the NHS we read and hear about.
Im not there yet, but I need also to do my bit.

Some secretaries are very rude on the phone, others are polite and helpful. It would be nice if all of the secretaries were polite on phone. | ||||||
