I saw a lovely Doctor this morning I can't remember her name but she was in Room 2. She listened to everything I told her and was extremely helpful and pleasant. Hopefully my condition will improve as she told me to ask for a physio appointment at reception which I have arranged for tomorrow. | ||||||

I have used the surgery for over 20 years and have always received a good level of service.
There have been occasions when appointment times have been difficult to obtain because this is a small practice, but for the most part the service has been consistently good. I hope it continues. | ||||||

My family and i have been with this practice for over 17 years now since we moved into the area whilst i was immediate post partum with my eldest daughter.
As a previous nurse and midwife now working in a senior medical device commercial executive role - i am in a very privileged position to be frequently interacting with surgeons and nurses - so i see on a daily basis professionalism around patient centered care.
I believe objection feedback is important and in my opinion all the stakeholders have demonstrated such professionalism and support.
As private health insurance holders- we have tried where we can reduce any burden on stretched NHS services - so when i reach out to the medical centre as an urgent, it usually is urgent and over the last 17 years they have relentlessly responded to our needs.
Thank you team - you should be very proud of contribution to both this family and the wider community | ||||||
