Put my script in to doctors on 7th. Went to pick it up following week and it wasn't at chemist. Went back to doctors and they said oops ,doctors were ALL off ill but would send script over straight away. They didn't. Went back to doctors to ask about it and they said they would call me when it was sent over to chemist. Finally got PART of script on 13th. Went back to doctors who said they would send over the missing bits to chemist. Here we are on 21st and got all but 1 thing only to realise that a script that was changed is now due right in the middle of Christmas and new year so there's no way they will sort it in time and I'll be left without medication AGAIN. As I write this I'm filling out forms to change doctors. I can't cope any more with being messed around and being told ' oopsy '! | ||||||

Confusing, struggling to get appointments, can’t seem to book in advance. Even a week or more in advance, which seems strange. Trying to book on day, as this is what I have been told to do, for non urgent appointment seems crazy and taking time from people with more urgent needs. Particularly as you have to just keep ringing back all time, so phone on constant redial and still no guarantee of na appointment. Can’t find that they have a working website, have tried various routes and end up at an NHS site that doesn’t go anywhere! All other surgeries in Chorley seem to have their own. Dr Hossack there is brilliant but getting to see him is like finding gold nuggets on the streets of Chorley. Very frustrating! | ||||||

just got fobbed off yet again, can never get a dr,, nurses seem to be running the place.unsympathetic ,unbeleiving off your symptoms.waste of time going.try to blame your symptoms on anxiety,yes the anxiety comes from the problem not being dealt with properly. | ||||||
