Extremely Rude Doctor ! That my Daughter got No help given from Dr Ali he didn’t let her explain how she felt he just wanted her to come in she explained she couldn’t walk after an operation it turned out I had a bad infection that’s why she couldn’t get out of bed she did explain pain shivering swelling to closed eyes just to save practice money he didn’t listen She complained and got one email back it should have been a phone call from management still waiting ! This is why I’m leaving negative feedback on her behalf the practice has gone down since the two joined together there are a few good doctors if you are LUCKY to get an appointment after a 3 week this needs fixing before someone dies | ||||||

I saw the doctor today and it was the perfect experience of a doctor's appointment. She understood my problem, rephrased it to check she had understood me, was clear, caring, professional and friendly. It was a real relief. She checked me thoroughly to find exactly where the pain was and came up with a plan for an x-ray, pain relief and a referral. If I had paid to go private I could not have had any better service. She had no idea how I felt when I got up this morning, but her kindness and reassurance has made such a difference. I left feeling as though I had total faith in her and her abilities but more than that, I felt as though I was treated with care, dignity and understanding. Not every doctor on every occasion is like this, but when the NHS appears to be in crisis, we are spoilt at the Sunlight Surgery with such brilliant members of staff. They have found solutions to my communication issues and on a day like today, they have no idea the huge difference they make and I appreciate it more than I can express it. Thank you. | ||||||

Whenever I have had cause to deal with this practice by phone, email,or in person I have always experienced an extremely efficient polite and helpful service
Starting with the reception/admin staff right through to the GPs there
I would recommend sunlight to anyone
