Doctor said she would see me but I can hardly walk, has not even seen me,been diagnosed with brain cancer. The Miriam centre in Birkenhead helped me when I was refused an appointment before I was diagnosed. Just hoped they may have been kind at Civic Centre but it is like being bullied over the phone. |

I've been with this practice for 16 years, and I'll do the next 16 years if I'm still here! I think that just about sums me up for star rating! Never had a problem, the recent issue I have has been treated as urgent and I sure didn't expect that. The Dr I saw is fabulous, and I'll be sticking with her! I'm a complex patient and I need stability - Dr wise. The dr needs to be aware of things with me and I never have a problem with setting the same Dr. Sometimes in life it's not necessarily to need to see the same Dr, in my life, it is. I'm too complex to see different Dr's. They know this and are great with me. The receptionists have always been brilliant with me, I've never had an issue at all. As for waiting on the phone, yes, you can be hanging on for 30 minutes, but I don't blame the girls for that, if the phones are busy, and I've been there when they are, it's not their fault. All in all, 5 stars from me. |
