The is the worst surgery I have ever seen. Staff all very rude and so unprofessional, always making comments when they aren’t needed. Especially receptionist. Never offer appointment at my surgery only different ones. Just awful, made my life hell when going through the darkest times | ||||||

I have only been at surgery a few months an can not fault the care I have received from doctors nurses .and the reseptionists go above an beyond to help and always polite an lovely . | ||||||

I have always found the reception staff helpful and friendly here and usually always get an appointment when I call at 8am. The nurses have always been very good and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately there is really only one good GP here who is considerate and actually listens but he is not available every day. Sadly the other GP's are very old fashioned, have no interest in listening to you and in some cases barely speak two words in a consultation....not my idea of an understanding doctor!. Sad really as the office staff are all so nice. I am now moving GP's as the service here is so hit and miss. | ||||||
