As a family we are not having a great experience with this practice. Here are our latest problems My son’s telephone appointment 2 rings then hung up My wife’s telephone appointment 2 rings then hung up, but must have just heard my wife answering so phoned back. My wife’s prescription, got the quantity wrong due to basic maths and she only got one month not 3 months supply. My daughter is permanently chasing her regular repeat prescription always gets lost when put into the surgery. |

I have been a patient here for 34 years this year. Before the pandemic the longest I ever had to wait for a face to face consultation was 3 days. I can even recall occasions when I've been offered a same day appointment. In the last 2 years it's become almost impossible to get an appointment except by telephone. Recently I completed an econsultation and was then offered a telephone consultation TEN days later!! I really dont understand how or why the previously excellent service has deteriorated so much. |

I have been a patient at Roby medical centre for nearly 30 years , in that time I have never had a bad experience with either doctors , nurses or reception staff . Dr Shah was a lovely doctor , always listened and gave of her time during appointments. Reading some of the other derogatory reviews , I wondered if they were talking about a different practice , perhaps the meant a different medical centre , certainly not the Roby medical centre I know . |
