keeps saying phone number is wrong even tho i rang the number on the website9020010 says number is wrong, what is the number has it been changed,what is the new number it is not on the website. | ||||||

i am suffering with my mental health and need my tablets changing so i did a econsultation online and on the form it says is there a specific time you would like us to call you back so i said yes i work until 3.00 so anytime sfter that as i cant use my phone in work anyway i finish work that same day to see 2 missed calls from doctor in the morning so i rang surgery back and recepionist said he will ring you back in a minute the phone call did not happen so i rang again following day and was told i see on the system he was to ring you back but he was a locolm doctor and he wanted to go home!! she then said you will need to do another econsultaion online! i flipped and said so my mental health is suffering in the meantime i think its disgusting why ask on the form for a specific time to give a call back when clearly its not getting read!!!! | ||||||

So after trying for 10 days for appontment even a econ I got told to come in for face to face , I explained I’ve gone in to a sudden flare so could be my sore throat or water infection as not peeing a lot or my wound has gone infected , doc checked throat and said it’s not infected but will give me a spray , she couldn’t give me anything as I’m allergic to ibrufin , I then said coukd if be the wound she said best guess walk in get it checked , I said coujd it be water infection then to her reply , get walk in to check your throat isn’t infected , ok Thankyou ?? What’s the purpose ?? I have many illnesses and walkin were shocked at my service , I have been given antibiotics off them , also my smear has been cancelled 3 times ? To have to sit in walk in in hard chair for 4 hours while in a bad flare was torture and embarrassing, walkin doc said I should be given a code to give your reception when I need appontment with my medication and illness I have . The surgery has gone from a 6/10 to a 3/10 the walk in also said they were gonba email you regarding this , when ever I call rhumatolagist they say you need to see gp I explain I can’t ever get appontment | ||||||
