I phoned this surgery to get a telephone appointment told to ring back at 1 pm. I waited all morning and phoned at 1 to be told they dont do telephone appts in the afternoon,only the morning. Why was this receptionist giving out the wrong information?. very angry to be treated this way. I now have to wait even longer, the receptionist was Leah, SHE NEEDS MORE TRAINING! | ||||||

I continue to be disgusted with the service from this practice. I have been waiting since last Thursday for the practice manager to call me back regarding a complaint, she was apparently calling me right back. I am recovering from major surgery and radiotherapy at the moment and any time the hospital say I have to contact my GP I start to feel sick knowing I do not get anywhere. The main reason I have stayed with this GP is the doctor, she is really helpful. Every now and again somebody is willing to help over the phone however 9 times out of 10 I come away frustrated. I feel so many 5 star reviews seems very suspicious. Having the misfortune to have chosen this practice and found out the hard way how utterly abysmal the practice is run . Myself and my wife will be moving ASAP the worry is , if you can't trust reviews what do you do. Trentham medical is extremely sorry about this . Make a appointment blah blah blah DONT YOU GET IT . THIS IS ONE OF YOUR PROBLEMS!!!! | ||||||
