I have been attending this surgery for over 35 years, I have never had a complaint. Recently I had make an appointment due to a bereveament I was very upset and anxious, I got an appointment for the same day and was seen by a doctor I had never seen to before, this made me feel more anxious, but the doctor I seen was amazing with me, understood how I was feeling and was extremely sensitive with me, this put me at ease to be able to speak freely about how I was feeling. Even though my situation remained the same I left my appointment feeling like a weight had been lifted, all doctors should be like this particular doctor. | ||||||

I have been a patient with this practice for over 44 years, With increasing age I am now in need of more regular attendance at the surgery, During that time I have always been shown the greatest of care, civility and understanding. | ||||||
