Receptionists are obnoxious, rude unhelpful, don't understand compassion at all to say the least. Everything seems too much trouble they're clearly in the wrong profession. My recommendation would be go elsewhere, anywhere but here. | ||||||

The service provided at the surgery is outstanding! The reception staff are friendly and helpful at all times and the nurse also goes the extra mile for her patients. Booking an appointment is easy and I have never been turned away when I needed assistance, the reception staff always do their very best to accommodate people. Both Doctors set the bar extremely high although I typically see one in particular. He cared for my mother for almost 20 years and I feel strongly that without his proactivity and attention to detail, I wouldn’t have had so much time with her. He has a dynamic approach and commitment to his patients which sets him apart from the crowd. I genuinely would not want anyone else overseeing my care as I know with certainty that I am in safe hands. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything in detail and gives reassurance that any issues are identified, monitored and under control. There is an exceptionally high standard of care applied at this practice and it is amplified by the whole team, it is a well-oiled machine. | ||||||
