No services, never see a doctor always on the phone which after 5 years of pain has got me no where different locums everything how can it even be called a service I call it a complete waste of time.They are preparing us to have to pay to get any help that is what is happening there as all uk GPservices have just been sd of to yhe highest bidder in 2022. |

Booked a telephone consultation on 07/04/22, female receptionist. So we arranged today 13/04/22 she asked morning or afternoon, I replied morning as I am working 12-8. 0715 ok for me will i be up, I replied yes that's fine. This morning I call the doctors and was told hopefully he/she will call me before 12, what happened to the 0715 call and was told do not know why she told you that..... This doctors is shambolic.... Why I bother paying my taxes for a service which is not fit for purpose.. |

rersceived a letter from surgery,on 25th july ,stating that i was due a rexiew for my illnesses,,and to book an appointment ,so i took the time out to get my bloods done,and book an appointment,which was for 28th august ,i turned up for that appointment ,only to find that my appointment had once again,been cancelled,i was told that i had resceived a phone call on 13th august,which i am disputing,but apart from that i ussually resceive a text or e mail,to confirm or say appointment was cancelled,as they have record of my phone number,as in previous cases,i resceived no notification,as for the alleged phone call,if it is missed you do not know who it is from,as comes up as caller unknown, looking back,at my notifications of cancelled appointments,in june/ july alone,my appointments were cancelled on the 3rd of june,and also 12th june,as well as cancelled appointments in july and now august, as per my previous reviews |
