The doctors themselves are ok, one was not, but I saw 3 or 4 others who were good or at least ok. The problem is that the place is so over subscribed, I can very rarely get an appointment because they don't let you book for beyond the next week and the next week is always full. So the answer is no, you have to go to the walk in which very early and very busy. Even getting through on the phone is a struggle, it is engaged 9 times out of 10 and even when you do get through they start by putting you on hold. It shouldn't be allowed to have a GP surgery that is this poorly run and over subscribed. | ||||||

Having changed to this practice based on good reviews, I'm frustrated with the appt system.
I find it difficult to get through on the phone for making a non urgent appt in advance. The online app doesn't ever have appts avail to book and the only option I have ever used is sitting waiting to be seen which is difficult when I should be at work. Would like to see more appts avail to book via app or over the phone . A combination of open surgery and bookings would be preferable given the amount of GPs avail. I've delayed getting my check up purely because of the difficulty in accessing the appts and length of time waiting on the phone. Otherwise; a good practice. | ||||||

The walk in morning surgery is perfect, I don't mind a wait it's better than battling a phone line filled with patients trying to get an appointment, the only thing I'd recommend is extending the appointments for two weeks ahead rather than one. I've suffered Terri ly with anxiety and depression and I've seen most of this practices doctors over time and locums too. The help they have given has been amazing but the most understanding, where I actually felt I got listened too, no sympathy I nod, a grimace in the appropriate places but a self assured professional treating me with respect, many people including myself can kind of "baby" people with mental heath. Only one issue I ever had I walked in to the doctors in crisis one time, obviously you can tell when I cry red puffy eyes, n I asked to see a doctor the receptionist said I couldn't I said OK n walked away, then she said "are you OK?", that should of been the first question because refusing me just made me walk away. Using the Web in the end for help. | ||||||
