The sit and wait system is just what we hav needed at this surgery, I have used it twice now and the wait times were not too long at all; So glad this system has been brought in it has made a tremendous difference. Receptionist are really helpful and I have found Dr Gupta and Dr Rosser very caring and professional and providing an excellent service to the community. Thanking all the team and GPS involved in making this surgery very welcoming. |

I Sat and waited a few times now in doctors from 9 till 11. I think this is a great service wasn’t there long given a number wait till your called was out in 40 min so glad they have this sit and wait system much better |

Appaling surgery. Battle to get an appointment ...I use my home phone and mobile and still do not get through to make appointment for my elderly in law. My mother in law passed away sadly in November due to kidney failure, this could have been avoided if she was treated appropriately for her continuous high blood pressure. Very disappointed in the service. I wonder how many other patients have died or had poor outcomes simply from negligence of this surgery. |
