One particular nurse is very rude, very short with appointments. Past few occasions I have been to her, she cuts me off and makes me feel as if I am lieing. I have never experienced anything with anyone in a healthcare profession so rude and intimidating. I am living with pain and she does nothing every time I go, I will never go to see her again | ||||||

This surgery is an absolute nightmare for booking appointments, been told by the doctor to book an appointment in a weeks time but been told by receptionist there all booked up to a week and a half, how are you meant to go and get test results if you can’t book appointment.. This surgery is the worst surgery i have ever come a cross, when talking to other people about different surgery’s they can all get appointments especially a week a head, so why can’t we book a week a head like every other surgery can?? | ||||||
