I contacted the Dr because I was concerned about my anti depressants seeming not to be effective.Dr told me he would refare me to a mental health advisor. I was called by the advisor who recommended a change of meds and he would contact me again in 3 weeks to see how it was going. 3wks came and went, no contact. I called the surgery to enquire about the call back and was told they would look into it. In the meantime I had run out of meds. Days past still no call. I called back again and thy said that they would enquire again. The following day I got a call from the Dr who refared me to the advisor, asking how he could help, I once again told him the plot, he told me to contact the reception and ask them to book another apmnt with the advisor. I called the surgery and was told they had no number for the advisor but would look into it. Two days later I received a call from the Dr who refared me in the first place, asking how can I help you. I was so frustrated the only thing I could do was hang up. I am now taking meds I have concerns about . |
