I have had a problem with possibly catching something from my dog.The initial callback service was superb and the receptionist who spoke to me was so helpful and understanding. The GP called me back within 2 hours and 30 minutes later there was a prescription for me at my pharmacy.Couldn’t ask for any better treatment and respect.Thank you Folly Lane. |

I have always had a good experience with folly lane. Ringing at 8.30 is the same at any Dr's. Trying to get appointments is also difficult at most Dr's. I do however believe they need to extend the econsult options. Especially for minor ailments. It would save a whole lot of time. Also opening weekends. I know people don't want to work 7 days a week but It would take pressure off so many other services like 111, walk ins and even A&E. |
