once again asked to call at 8am and no appointments only a zoom call in 4 days !! recommend the walk in they said . I recommend you hire some doctors !! | ||||||

Terrible surgery never any doctors Only nurses or nurse practitioners as they called at the surgery .you phone at eight in the morning for an appointment only to find there is no appointments available for a GP or nurse for that matter, if you try online the appointments are vanishing off as you try to book. This practice needs doctors . It’s got thousands of patients and hardly as my doctors , and is still taking more patients on. The worry is all the people who will die from lack of care . The NHS IS really failing it’s patients at the minute .covid I’d being used as an excuse but this surgery was like this long before covid . | ||||||

Ground hog day. For the past three weeks the surgery lines open for patients to call and make appointments, and every time from 8am to 820am the exact time it finally takes to get through. you are met with the doctor you want to see is fully booked, and only has emergency appointments left. I can go to the walk in centre if it's an emergency. I replied if it's an emergency I'll take an emergency appointment you said the doctor had left. Sorry there are no appointments left. I then say I will try again this week but I'm not going to hold out that I'll get one. That's when I start to get the snotty attitude from the receptionist. he is not in for the rest of the week is the next reply I get. I get so annoyed I then say my wife got fobbed off by being told to take pain killers. then up the dosage and so on. I then say my wife got all this and she ended up paying for it with her life. If the GP took time to see her she would have been seen she was unwell. she died of cancer. had it been caught early she may still be alive today. or maybe not. No one will know, due to her not being able to see a GP of her choice. It's now got to the point where I dread ringing up for a non appointment. just so I don't say something that might get me thrown out of the practice. | ||||||
