After trying on and off over approx 30 mins on 7th January I eventually got through but the first available appt was nearly 2 weeks away. I asked for an appt after 5.30pm but was informed that appts after that time were for emergencies! I've since looked on the website and there is mention of extended hours surgeries which if I'm reading correctly an appt can be made at one of those. If that's the case then why wasn't I informed about that? I'm seriously considering changing now. | ||||||

The drs are so understanding and never rush u out listens to everything u say would never go to another gp trust his every word | ||||||
