My experience with a new Dr Bains amazing dr took the time out to actually discuss my condition and concerns, really caring and willing to help,straight forward thinking, really recommend this Dr ,nice attitude, polite ,explains perfectly. Well done Dr Bains we need more Drs like urself,i take my hat off to you,keep up the good work. | ||||||

Absolute joke, you wait over half hour to make phone contact just to be told the doctor will call you when available. Tried calling 111 and stupid questions after 10 minutes. The NHS is now designed to not care for us and make things difficult for us. I told need a receptionist or questionnaire service, I need a doctor!! They don't care no more since Covid saga and drama. | ||||||

I have been at this surgery my entire life and since teh pandemic they have been absolutley awful. As teh world is getting back to normal, they are continously using teh pandemic as an excuse to provide minimal service. It's extreamly worrying. The reception staff are rude, lazy and provide no help. The place needs shutting down. | ||||||
