22nd may rang up Doctors got through at 9.04. Asked for appointment for my daughter. Told me doctor will ring this morning. Put phone down. It's now 13.29pm no phone call and now shut till 4pm. Disgusting | ||||||

Ive been to this practice for 4 years after no help from the consultants i arranged an appointment that took 3 week to see Dr mirahli. 3 weeks later i attended the appointment to be told i was seeing dr perfeen. After seeing this doctor numerous times all she had to offer was mental help for a lump in my neck. So clearly i was unhappy seeing this doctor i spoke to reception and ask why my appointment was cancelled with dr Mirrahli the receptionist told me that he was on a training course today and is not dealing with appointments. Soo i proceeded to see dr perfeen, but yet again mental heath i said are you not going to help with my issues she said no ive offered you mental health and you wont take it. So i walk out and left to see the board call for next patient and believe it or not it was for dr marrahli i was so angry and felt lied too and abandoned at this point and was not happy i stood in the hall way waiting for him to finish with his patient so i could introduce myself would have take less then 30 seconds. I was polite but needed help. In the end i ended up writing him a note and putting it under his door and left the premises. 3 days later i received a letter from the doctors practice that stated i was removed from the surgery. Disgusting in my eyes im 28years old and i feel im developing cancer. | ||||||

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment 4 weeks ago with a locum doctor, I’ve never actually seen my own doctor in all the years I’ve been here! He told me he would follow up and get some bloods sorted, 4 weeks later I have heard nothing. Trying to arrange an appointment for my children who have ear infections, earliest one they have is in nearly 3 weeks time and any other appointments you’re told to call at 9am to spend 45 minutes to an hour on hold to be answered and try to get an appointment for that day or they say to phone the out of hours or go to the hospital! Would never recommend these doctors, they have the worst patient care and near enough impossible to get appointments even for children under the age of 3! | ||||||
