Phoned up to see a doctor as was having pain in my right side of abdomen had it for 5 days told me had to wait 8 days for a call back. After phoning 111 twice they said they had sent my symptoms to the surgery and that I had to be seen or called back by my gp within the next 2 hours and on calling them twice the receptionist refused. Disgusting still in agony and still can't get to see a doctor | ||||||

Ordered medication on Thursday still no meds by Tuesday. If you want a GP surgery where you can't get appointment can't get medication needed to keep u alive and RUDE receptionist. Then go to Lockstown practice Gomer st or Fisher st don't matter which one I SURE they will accommodate you. NOT | ||||||

Receptionist not helping at all. I'm in pain chest and throat infection can't speak keep coughing and my skin and muscles hurt (30 year old male going gym every second day). I know this is serious as I visit gp only once per few years.... refused to book appointment at 8:20 No alternatives presented. Just advised to try Monday (when I asked for it, she didn't advise anything) they need more training or to hire people who can show compassion. Will think about changing gp | ||||||
