My two year old son was poorly and I was expecting a telephone triage call but due to age and being under five I was informed it was an appointment straight away. Very pleased with the outcome . | ||||||

A real shame about this Doctors Surgery. First no on ever picks up the phone to answer it. Second you are left waiting in a so called "managed queue". This can be anything between 10 minutes to 45 minutes plus, depending upon what time of day you are actually calling.
It used to be fantastic. Shame really as I know they have adequate admin staff, even though they never seemed to have enough doctors.
Not too worry, as guess what I have moved. I must say my new doctors are brilliant. Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should have done it sooner. | ||||||
