You can't get a appointment, 5 days of calling at 8 am and every day no appointments left, shocking service, yet there still taking on new patients, they havn't got enough appointments to see the ones already registered with them. | ||||||

The online booking service is awful, all options are closed after 8.04am. BUT this isn't the receptionists fault and to see how they are treated when they have to tell patients to book online is sad. The GPs have always been great and offered me treatment / medication or advice that is required. Surgery is let down by its online system unfortunately! | ||||||

Awful surgery, no chance of booking an appointment on line, on the telephone or in person even if you attend in person at 8am. They just tell you to ring 111 and then 111 tell you to ring surgery back. Going round in circles. You could well be dead before you get seen! Just go to A+E which adds to their workload but what other choice is there if you're not well.... 1 | ||||||
