The NHS has had lots of bad press,but my recent experience of Castle Meadows Surgery is fantastic. I was contacted quickly from an online request and without hesitation offered a face to face appointment. The doctor was thorough, attentive and very caring. My diagnosis was quick and hopefully with the medication I have been subscribed, will soon feel much better. As an aside, I popped in to drop something off and enquired about the flu jab. Within 10 minutes I had received the jab and was on my way to work. ?????????? | ||||||

Can someone please let me know what you have to do to get an appointment within 2 weeks? The earliest I can get my daughter is is on the 15th October and the earliest for a dr to call me back is the 8th October. | ||||||

I have been with castle meadows since 2018 and have never had a problem... I always managed to get an appointments either face to face or telephone.. I once rang at half 3 with my little one and was seen at half 5 ... I can't thank all the team enough for the support I've received through My recent diagnosis.. thank you | ||||||
