im trying to call surgery for making a appointment from 8 to 9:10 but still no answered i tried nearly about 500 times , i dont know may be all staff out for christmas shopping or busy wishing their relatives or friends merry christmas on same phone thats why line stay busy ,,, thay are jocking with people this surgey must be shut down …………… | ||||||

Disgraceful doctors surgery... can never get through to them for the past 3 days I've tried to get my daughter an appointment having rang over 600 times, finally get through for the receptionist to automatically assume she has covid and was extremely rude , unprofessional and unhelpful. Always the same with this surgery, think it's time to look at another surgery. | ||||||
