I had an appointment today with P.A (I think this stands for Physician Associate) A.Mananga and I am writing this review as my thanks to her. She listened to me, listened to my concerns, and took the time to talk to me about what she was prescribing and how it would interact with other medications. Thank you so much! |

Appalling service, my 88 yr old who is disabled and just about walks with 2 sticks had been told she must take her repeat heart medication prescription in to the surgery, or even further away to the pharmacy who say they are unable to take calls for repeat prescriptions via the phone. She has been told she can no longer phone the surgery between the given 2 hours as they do not consider her to be housebound. How many other elderly and vulnerable people have also been told this. Lazy, uncaring and inefficient management and reception staff |

Struggled getting a telephone consultation, but the lovely doctor managed to call me and sort my issue out. Totally unexpected and heart warming that I was wasn’t forgotten about and that the doctor took time to see to my issue. Would definitely recommend this practice to anyone |
