You can hear everyone's business being discussed. Staff treat patients based on their relationship with them. Seem`s their is favoritism. If a reception member thinks agrees or disagrees with something based on the which way the wind is blowing that day. Different staff say different things. | ||||||

Been coming here since day one i am now 40 ,I can't believe the reviews I've read ,the staff have always been friendly and helpful everytime I go in ,yes the appointments can be a long weight at times but friends tell me it's the same at other surgeries ,and Tipton has had lots of new houses being built everywere this surgery is were most have signed up from these developments ,they are worth the wait ,happy customer over 40 years !!!! | ||||||

I am writing this on behalf of my father who is in very poor health. We are always treated with respect and always get an appointment when needed, the staff are always very helpful, one girl goes out of her way to help all of the patients. The people who left negative reviews do not understand the pressure involved in the NHS and a lot of time you can self medicate, it is not always necessary to see the Dr. I think everyone at this surgery do their very best to help all the patients but sometimes patients need to help themselves as well | ||||||
