A great surgery!
I have been a patient at Sutton Road Surgery since moving to Birmingham in my early twenties - and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor - thank you! There is always an appointment whenever it’s needed - for both myself and my little boy - and I have always felt listened too and treated with care. The reception staff are always professional, polite and helpful and my doctor has always had a solution for any medical needs we’ve had - including making referrals and following-up afterwards. Now in my 40s, my doctor continues to help all that he can, is always so caring and kind and I can’t speak highly enough of him. My husband, on many occasions, has been amazed at the efficiency of Sutton Rd Surgery in comparison to his surgery - as he can NEVER get through on the phone or get an appointment when he needs it - I have never, ever had this problem. The online patient thingy (I can’t think what it’s called!) is also fantastic - appointments are ALWAYS available and the repeat prescription service is perfect. Best surgery I could ask for - My doctor is fabulous! | ||||||

I have had the good fortune of being registered with this surgery for the past 15 years, with the continual stress the NHS and GP surgeries are under, I feel lucky and I am most grateful for the quality of the service provided by this surgery. I have never had a problem obtaining an appointment and I am often met with a smile on arriving to the surgery. I am comfortable with discussing all medical issues with my doctor and never feel rushed when talking options through about my medical care. | ||||||

Having being diagnosed as diabetic 7 years ago, I have received dedicated and constant attention from my doctor and practice nurse who have monitored my condition and kept me on a straight path with living with this condition. The whole practice team always remind me of appointments required to maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle with little interference of living life to the full. I would happily recommend this surgery for constant and dedicated care given by a team of experts. | ||||||
