I arrived on Saturday at 10.35 for my covid and flu' jabs. I was confronted by a queue of elderly people stretching to the Antiques Centre. This seems to happen at every mass vaccination at the Health Centre /Health and Wellbeing Centre. I would like to know what are your plans to improve the situation as it is grossly unfair to subject people queuing, especially elderly and frail people, up to an hour or more. Fortunately it was a fine morning, otherwise you would have cases of exposure to contend with. I await a constructive reply. |

In reply to your recent email informing me that my Patient Access account had been closed,so now I could re-register, but on trying to re-register a message informs me that my new email is already registered I have been with Patient Access for many years and find it very frustrating to spend Hours trying to come back.
