Honestly disgusted with this surgery. My daughter 1 year vaccinations have been rearranged 3 times 1 one of the times i werent told so turned up to appointment to be told i must of been confused? I got a letter through with a different date to the one i had booked so i rang to make sure it was the date i booked. They said yes and to ignore the letter. I then get a call saying they need to cancel my booked appointment and trying to book me in for the date on the letter. I said i can only do Wednesday or friday and worried that this has been rearranged so many times by them and its 7 weeks overdue. They said tuesday was the only date for the foreseeable future i could have. I said i couldnt do that day so i was told that if i wanted her vaccinated i would have to register at another doctors to get this done. I cant believe that i have been messed around so much and told that. I have registered at another doctors and will never recommend this surgery to anyone. So disorganized, rude, patronising and unprofessional | ||||||
