I needed an appointment for a check up and as I couldn’t get through to the doctors surgery so I decided to go in. I had to explain what I needed and when for (which she didn’t like). She was so rude to me in front of patients waiting and left me feeling completely embarrassed because I couldn’t attend the first appointment she gave to me because I work. She basically shouted at me. It is horrible to go to the doctors and feel so embarrassed. The worst thing was she was having to train another lady who was lovely but she was being over powered by this lady who was awful. Great training! | ||||||

...depends on which doctor you see. Ive had two doctors dismiss my medical problem and another two identifying the problems immediately on seeing them. I now only see those two doctors and therefore, on balance the good outweighs the bad. | ||||||

Getting an appointment is virtually impossible unless you are able to ring at 8.00. All appointments are then booked and if you happen to work then you've had it. | ||||||
