Having recently moved into the area, our experience, so far, of using Bedgrove surgery has been fantastic. I saw Dr Bushrah Yasmin yesterday and she was just amazing. She listened, was so thorough and made me feel very reassured that I was in the best possible hands. | ||||||

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I must admit that I am totally disgusted with this practice, the receptionists are consistently rude on the phone, and I am totally unable to get a face to face appointment with a doctor despite having several ongoing and concerning medical issues. I just get a short condescending phone call from a doctor who is dismissive and unhelpful. I am always made to feel that I am a nuisance and wasting everybodies time. | ||||||

I just wanted to say the pharmacist is the best thing about Bedgrove surgery.
She listens with respect and involves us with decisions. Obviously she is very knowledgeable about all the medications. It is a real pleasure to speak to her.
It’s just a shame it’s so hard to get hold of her. I resorted to leaving notes at reception for her. | ||||||
