The worst experience of all. Have been a patient for five years. Had one GP that I could trust but he left after three years being with the surgery. Since then had seen all other GP's at the surgery but did not receive a compassionate at mine and my family's health problems. However the last straw was the non communication of new car parking rules being implemented. Cameras were put in place before any signage warnings were installed. So unaware people were issued penalties! Furious, very very furious! |

Very rude receptionist
I rang and was told my blood test have come in, when i made an appointment to go and discuss them, the doctor couldn't find the results.
i asked to see another doctor because i felt the doctor doesn't know where to look for the results!
rude receptionist told me no one else has time to see me, started getting aggressive and loud.
she then told me my midwife might see me , so i went to the midwives room. who said she will get someone to call me to discuss the results...its been weeks, i still had no phone call and I dont feel well at all! |

I signed up to the parking system some time back.I was appalled to receive an invoice for £100 for parking last week. |
