This GP practice is one of the best NHS interactions I have ever experienced. This is an incredibly well managed practice but more than that the Drs AND the receptionists who are your first point of contact show empathy and understanding.
On several occasions of attending this practice for myself or for my children I have been amazed at the terrific service. One of the best features is that there is a real feeling of common sense about the service offered. On a very rare occasion that the centre was closed for staff training I was seen peering through the door and the Practice Manager opened the door, listened to be with empathy and handed me a referral letter that I needed urgently - that is just one example of many where they really do want to help and not just process you through the door.
Another example of their excellent service is that quite often the receptionists will demonstrate empathy with their tone of voice and their desire to help you with your appointment time etc and when you are calling them because you feel unwell this can mean a great deal.
In summary, this clean, efficient and incredibly well managed Dr's surgery should absolutely be held up as an example of an outstanding NHS service. Well done to every one involved.
I will like to state that I am not connected to anyone at the surgery in any way in terms of a personal relationship that could bias my review other than I am a very loyal and impressed patient. | ||||||

I tried to explain how I am having so many issues at the moment but all I got back from them was a one liner. I know the world is not a nice place but I just expected more care from a GP. It was just not what I expected and I found it a little shocking. | ||||||

At a time when the NHS and GP practices get a lot of adverse press, I would like to express my family’sthanks for the prompt action taken by your receptionist last Friday 15th when I called for help with my husband who had collapsed. Within 15 minutes your Practitioner was on the doorstep and looked after my husband till the ambulance he ordered had arrived. This was quite an amazing service and was paramount in establishing the reason for the event quickly And treatment given. Thank you to all concerned
