One ring on your phone miss it and do without. Absolutely no understanding of patients activity whilst waiting on a hallowed call. | ||||||

This surgery has just been rated Inadequate by the CQC in September 2022. Staff have resigned or maybe were resigned following the review. The surgery is very good at complaining about patients missing appointments BUT makes no apologies when they cancel patient appointments and then fail to inform the patient that this has been done. The place should be closed down | ||||||

There are no appointments until the end of May. The urgent appointment line was not answered for over an hour. The receptionists are aggressive and dismissive. | ||||||
