I will be moving house soon, and my biggest regret will be leaving Silton Surgery. I’ve never come out feeling less than satisfied. They have always given plenty of time to each patient and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I think it’s a great little practice, and I wish they accepted patients outside their catchment area-I would stay on their patient list permanently! |

No apology from the Doctor when running 20 - 30 minutes late, appreciate these things happen however if you are a patient running late, you would be refused to be seen. Considering I was visiting the Doctor for a mental health issue, I didn't appreciate being lectured about how much it costs the NHS just to walk through the door of the surgery. Have changed surgeries since because I felt I wasn't being listened to. |

I am voting with my feet and changing surgeries, the doctor refused to see me when the mistake of the appointment time was made by a member of his staff. This was when the waiting room was empty and I was prepared to wait. The member of staff phoned to apologise later that day, as I said to her we are all human and I know mistakes can be made I don't need her to apologise it happens, what I was expecting was the doctor to see me. |
