Absolutely rubbish can't even get past the receptionist this doctors are going to be responsible for deaths. The receptionist think they are doctors and do everything they can to not give you a appointment, they will be responsible for people's suicides. | ||||||

I have only been with this surgery for 3yrs and have found the staff of a very high standard, especially admin having patience, and compassion especially due to Covid. They are the front line before getting any further and get an awful lot of grief having to triage and prioritise a situation. They should be really appreciated by the surgery. Even being an older patient I do not contact the surgery only after going through other options provided such as 111 etc. So my experience has been exceptional from all admin & GP's Happy New year | ||||||
