The service is terrible reception staff are rude doctors are dismissive of conditions and it’s effects on you Been waiting for request information for months and was ignored when I let Staff know even though there was a email of request for it. It’s become extremely hard to see doctors And before you can you’ve got to try and get through the receptionist who wants to know everything wrong with you even if it’s private like their your Gp |

have been with them for the past 4 years and the service just keeps getting worse. doctors are dismissive and near impossible to get appointments when you are available, even without going to your usual doctor. Will change GP shortly. |

I am - unfortunately- a cynical person when it comes to Doctors surgery’s in general but my experiences with this surgery has made me want to leave this review:
Jubilee surgery is great.
I am incredibly impressed by the compassion and service I have received from everyone in the surgery from the reception team, to the nurse and various Dr’s.
Having been registered with the surgery for 3 years, I have noticed a marked improvement in the communication and fluidity of the appointment process from booking on the phone to executing the appointment with the dr or nurse.
I find this surgery incredibly supportive of childcare and young family life and would like to thank the whole team for their holistic approach to discussions and treatments.
Also - side note - can I just how incredible it is to have a successfully run surgery by a team who (it appeases) have busy family lives in addition to their role in healthcare. It feels that their experiences only add to the ‘vibe’ they give.
Thank you! |
