I've been coming to this surgery for years, while the nurse is lovely and helpful, the receptionist is very rude and unhelpful, always making you feel like a pain rather than offering help. | ||||||

Having moved locations, I’m currently at a new surgery and totally see the difference,I used to go to this surgery and the doctor I saw on a Wednesday or Friday was fab, the office manager there was always helpful to me and my toddler and baby , the nurse was fab too always caring and courteous. having moved to a new surgery, I can see the difference of what good service I had especially from the office manager who always went the extra mile to help, she always spoke to me with respect and was always professional no matter how busy it got.
She always worked well under pressure when it it got busy, professionally and respectful to me and all patients I saw come into the surgey while I was there. I compliment them all for their hard work. | ||||||

Terribly unprofessional afternoon receptionist - monosybillic "Orchard" "Morning or Afternoon" "9.50" - didn't even get told what GP. Downriight rude GP. I haven't been for 3 or 4 years, take no medication and dont quibble about appointments. I know the aapointments are fairly short but to be told i needed to hurry because they were behind and stressed was totally unacceptable, I left in tears because actually i had a couple of things really worrying me. I have been with this surgery 20 years but will now be leaving. I would never recommend this surgery to anyone. GP did later call to apologise but the damage already done. | ||||||
