I can’t access email or message to Hersham doctors.. because I’m deaf .. I went there and asked appointment by face to face. They said online for appointments. Not very good helpful. Deaf awakening!!! I have asked my sister call them. Too queued! She is too busy work. I give up. Theirs problems |

Seen by an arrogant and rude clinician who felt his opinion overrides that of a consultant professor specialist in the area of my illness. Refused to issue medication prescribed by the specialist, scoffed and smirked telling me ‘go back to your specialist then’. Lacking empathy, unprofessional and not fit to be seeing patients. Will be reported to HCPC. Contacted on the following Monday by a doctor again refusing to issue medication prescribed by specialist. Repeatedly told me it’s a controlled drug and using that as her rationale not to issue. Suggested other medications on research that is not indicated in my medical condition. Claimed the dose I had been prescribed was ‘too high’. Have spoken to and discussed with pharmacist and consultant who advised this was a dose that was usual for my particular condition. I would not recommend this surgery. They do not have the patients interests as a priority. They blanket treat you according to guidelines and do not offer or treat you as an individual or address your individual medical issue. |

Can't get an appointment. Can't speak to anyone. I emailed saying they'd asked me to go for appointment and could do any day except Wednesday and they emailed back giving me appointment for Wednesday. Now they've text saying I need a health review but I can't get thru on phone, their 'ask reception a question form' is unavailable. |
