Requested my latest medical notes/report from medical centre last month, for appeal hearing via CAB.
Due to unforeseen problems, request delayed but after calling the medical centre manager, the request was expedited within a day and posted out to CAB and picked up my copy, same day. Ultimately, the documents were not used due to misinformation provided.
Great work by the staff, to turn around request in a day. |

We have been with this surgery for over 3 years now and so far loved it. Had a few minor hiccups but apart from that it's great. I've been a patient with this practice for a few years and have always found them to be incredibly helpful. The receptionists are lovely and the doctors seem to really care. Thank you! |
