Myself and the rest of the family are registered , the GP’s , surgery staff have always provided us with a very good service .
Lots of care has been provided , appointments and referrals , we have never been unhappy with any aspect of the service and we would highly recommend this hem all , problems are dealt with so effectively by the Practice Manager too . | ||||||

I'd like to complain about one of the receptionists that i have spoken to today and numerous times before. i feel she is rude and abrasive, unhelpful and unfriendly!!!!! i have been trying to get an EMERGENCY appointment for 3 days now, i call this morning to be told i HAVE to see my GP who i have NOT seen for well over a year to year and half as i always request not to see him after he mis diagnosed me and gave me antibiotics for something i didn't have! Oh and not to mention spent 8 minutes of my 10 minute appointment asking to join a facebook group and sign a petition about the privatisation of the NHS!!!
She told me NO i HAVE to see my GP or the doctor that see's he's patience when he is not there.... NO i do not! I have seen numerous other doctors over the past year - 2 years but yet now i can't, surely it is MY right to see a doctor other than my GP!!!!!! She refused to book me an appointment with anyone else and asked me if i want to book one for Monday, 4 days away so that would make it 7 days i have been trying to get an appointment. so she tells me only if it is an absolute emergency then call back at 3pm and try.....YES IT IS AN EMERGENCY!!!!! she is the most difficult person to deal with time and time again, but yet the other receptionists are so nice and helpful!!!! | ||||||

My husband, and I have been registered at the Ingleton Avenue surgery from when we came to live in blackfen 53 years ago. We have seen quite a few doctors come and go in that time but have never had any complaints about any of them. We have always felt safe in their care. I must say that we have been shocked to loose 2 doctors recently within weeks of each other and although they have been covered by locums we are getting increasingly worried that the surgery may have to close down altogether like many other surgeries have had to do, which we feel would be devastating to us personally and all the people registered at this surgery. | ||||||
