AVOID. I have to agree with so many of the reviews. The practice is effectively broken with years of systemic problems. The reception and admin staff are horrendous. Dare to ask a question and in all likelihood you will be honoured with a scowl. Try to speak to them on the phone and its like talking to a gatekeeper who won't let you in. Ask for a call back and you'll be lucky if it transpires. Everything is a bother. Worst of all, they mislay documents and the medical records are inaccurate which could have expensive consequences if an insurance claim has to be made. In the past it used to be a great practice with nice staff, nice nurses, good locums and a good availability of doctors. A number of our friends in Sevenoaks are registered with the practice and all have suffered its decline. Somebody at the practice needs to get a grip. | ||||||

Had an appointment here today and was treated atrociously by our practitioner. We were 10minutes late as traffic lights had just gone up in the area and the parking was very hard to find. Then still had to wait outside for 5minutes before getting a nasty phone call accusing us of being late when she had not even come out to collect us and no receptionist came by either. While in the treatment room she chose to remind us on 3 separate occasions that we were late and gave absolutely no advice on our issue that couldn’t be searched up on google in a second. Then she got increasingly rude as I attempted to ask for effective methods of treatment and in-fact began blaming my family for the spread of our condition. After all that, she had the audacity to make us pay 50£. Terrible experience and felt enraged. Had not expected to be treated so poorly. If on the lookout, there are plenty of other practitioners nearby. Note that this lady is only hiring out a room and does not work here. | ||||||
