I've always found all staff to be helpful always explain everything OK sometimes late but always apologise so all in all I find them OK they always resolve any problems I have and reassure me they try and do their best this is my personal opinion every one is different but my experience is positive |

Omg what a poor service!!!! I ordered my med on the hub as always , and hot a email saying I needed to call the doctor for a pill check , I had my pill check and everything was ok and I was ok to re order my pills , so after it taking a week to do so I ordered my pills of the hub as been doing so for ages, once again I get a message saying I need to call the doctor as my details was wrong ?? I called the doctor after being on hold a hour and 34 min I spoke to the receptionist who told me my date of birth is wrong and I needed to bring In something with my date of birth on to confirm it !!! Why has it changed !!!!! I work as a career for a 90 year old and can’t just leave him as the lady on the phone suggested or that I leave work early which again I can’t do , she then said she can’t help ??? It been 2 weeks and I am completely out of my medication and am shaking and sweating and still trying to work the best I can with the hard time we are in , I can’t let the man I care for down , and still I am waiting for the doctor to call me back , I have called and called and all I get is they can’t help me ??? I have not clue why my date of birth got changed it can only be someone who works at the surgery which I am paying the price for as I can’t order any of my medications and can’t get a call from a doctor as always full , can’t get a manager to call me as she is never in and never return my calls , this is crazy I alway though u have a doctor to help u !! |

1st August 2019 received a call from reception told I was being referred but not urgent. 6 weeks later called surgery to confirm that I had been referred. Told I would get a call back, no call back so I called again and was told some one would call me back, no call back. I called a third time, gave them all the details and was told a nurse practitioner would call me back. Which did happen but had to explain everything again as no note had been made regarding my query. Nurse stated that my notes did not show whether I was being referred or not and that she would have to check with the doctor but she did not think I would need a referral but that she would call me on Tuesday. Tuesday arrived I was driving so voicemail left for me. Check voicemail with message please call surgery before 1pm as after that we will be closed. Called at 12.30 low and behold surgery shuts at 12.30. So I have no option now but to go up the surgery tomorrow morning and hope some one will be able to speak to me as I’m not holding on for over 10mins on the phone listening to the really annoying not so easy listening music. |
